Nancy A. Cominoli, RP, AACP is a litigation paralegal in the Springfield office of Bulkley, Richardson & Gelinas, LLP. She has been a paralegal for 24 years practicing in various areas of law, but currently specializes in medical malpractice defense. Ms. Cominoli received both her B.S. and M.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She has been president of the Western Massachusetts Paralegal Association for the past six years and is a member of the MCLE paralegal curriculum advisory committee. Ms. Cominoli passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) offered by the National Federation of Paralegal Associations in 2000 and has been a PACE registered paralegal since that time. She has also been an American Alliance Certified Paralegal since 2006.

Wendy began working at Robinson Donovan in July 2002 as a legal secretary and was promoted to paralegal in September of 2004. Before coming to Robinson Donovan, she worked in Orlando, Florida in estate planning, probate, real estate and corporate law and in Winter Park, Florida in the homeowners association area of law. Wendy is a graduate of Bay Path College with a major in Paralegal Studies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business with Advanced Paralegal Studies from Bay Path. Wendy supports several litigation partners with a variety of practices.

Susan O'Connor has been a paralegal since 1991. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Certificate of Advanced Paralegal Studies from Elms College. She works at Western Massachusetts Legal Services, a non-profit agency in Springfield that provides civil legal services to the poor, where she represents disabled clients who have been denied Social Security Disability or SSI benefits. After moving to Massachusetts in 1987, she has worked as a paralegal at firms in Springfield and Holyoke and as a finance administrator at a software company in Amherst. She is married to Rod O'Connor, a criminal defense attorney in private practice in Springfield, whom she met at her first paralegal job. She lives in Palmer, where she loves to read mysteries and spend quiet evenings at home.

Wendy received her B.S. from Skidmore College University Without Walls and has earned the designation of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist from the Consortium of Advanced Legal Education. Wendy is currently employed at Curtiss, Carey, Gates & Graves in Greenfield, Massachusetts, specializing in litigation, personal injury and employment discrimination. She is married and presently resides in Northfield.
